Have you notice that when you receive a word from God the enemy comes right away to steal it? He tries to discourage you, make you doubt, and get you to take your focus off God. Remember that’s his job. “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.” But also remember what Jesus, our LORD and Savior said. “I come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10). He also gives us peace that Surpasses all understanding, and joy unspeakable.

As we go into 2018, let us hold fast to God’s promises. We have received many prophecies from the “Word” of God for what He has for us. So, let’s ponder them in our hearts, and give no place for the devil. This upcoming year let us feed our Spirit man, resist the devil, give our cares to God; hold fast to His promises, and live this year in the fullness of God.
