Now that summer is here, we will be getting all kinds of invitations: to weddings, to graduations, to cook-outs, to pool parties, and all types of outside activities. But have you considered the greatest invite you could get? An invitation to salvation; all are invited. Jesus says in John 7:37, “If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.’ You do not need to RSVP.

When you accept this invitation by faith, you also receive the invitation to the King’s throne room. You don’t have to wait for a specific date or time. All have a standing invitation to enter His very presence, simply by prayer. This response creates a relationship with Him, as you are led into His presence by His Holy Spirit. Hebrews 4:16 tells us, “To come boldly to the throne of “Grace,” that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” To accept this invitation, just bring your heart. There is no preparation, no shame, no guilt and no condemnation. Come as you are. Will you accept this invitation today? You will never be Sorry.
