The starting of a “New Year.” Can you feel the excitement, and the anticipation in the air? There have been many prophecies given to let us know Christ’s return is soon. We must live each day as if this is the day of His return. What will He find you doing? Colossians 3:23 says, “And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the LORD and not to men.” Be a God pleaser and not a man pleaser. Let the words we speak, and the things we do be pleasing and acceptable to God. When He returns, we want to hear Him say, “Well done, my good and faithful servant.’ Start this “New Year’ off by beginning a “new life” in Christ. “Let the old things be passed away, and all things become new.’ We are “new creatures in Him. Stay in the “word’ this year. Listen to hear the voice of God, and study to show yourself approved. And let the “word” of God change us into His image.
